General Rules

New academic session is beginning from 19th March 2018 onwards. All students have to attend the school accordingly their scheduled uniform of school.(Monday,Tuesday Thursday & Friday–School Regular Uniform)(Wednesday & Saturday –House Uniform).

Students have to come by school buses. For own/private conveyance special permission from the school is must.

Be punctual,report to school and class on time.School begins at 08:10 a.m. ( 08:35 a.m. in winter ) if a student arrives in school after school time he/she needs to report to the office.

Strive to be present every school day.In case of absence,parents should call the school in the morning of the absence and notify the teachers in writing upon the student’s return to school.

Respect each other at all times.Disagreements will be settled by discussing the problem and seeking a solution that is fair to all concerned.

Building and the campus will be kept clean and neat.Do not deface or damage school property. Students who vandalize the school property will make restitution.

Maintain order when moving to different areas.Do not run,running is a frequent cause of injuries.

Students are not permitted to bring electronic gadgets,extra money,and valuable things.These things can be seized by the school administration.

Remain within school boundaries at all times.Students leaving the campus must have a student pass and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Avoid using abusive or profane language and gestures.

Respect the property rights of others.

Leave the premises immediately after school duties/responsibilities are completed.

Girl child can not be permitted to go along with their relatives,neighbors or drivers.

Students are not allowed to use mobile phone of any staff member of school to call their parents.If they need to call they should contact to the Principal directly.

Code Of Conduct

The school uniform, only in prescribed school colour, neat and clean should be worn accordingly schedule mentioned in school rules . Action will be taken students who are habitually dressed improperly.

Students on their way to home or school are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner.They have to follow the transport rules and obey the incharge teachers who are in the bus.

Students are expected to take proper care of the school property. It is for their convenience.They should not break any item of furniture and fixtures within the school.

If a student causing damage to the school property is identified, he/she will be charged with a fine.

In the event of collective damage to school property in a classroom, the entire class occupying that classroom will have to bear the cost of damages.

The school is not to be held responsible for the loss of personal belongings. It is not advisable for students to bring valuables to the school.

Running and shouting in the school premises is not allowed. While using staircases and corridors, all must keep to the left. Loitering in the lobby and the office areas is strictly forbidden even during recess.

All students should observe high standards in their general get up and conduct.

In order to acquire competency in spoken English, all students must converse in English while they are in school or in the bus.

Swimming Pool Regulations

Parents are expected to go through the school calendar carefully and make a note of important dates and events, especially parent-teacher meeting, test and examinations . We expect the parents to come in large numbers and meet the concerned teacher to discuss not only the academic progress but also other areas of personality development like attitude , aptitude , confidence building etc.

Parents must register a permanent mobile phone number/ landline number with the school on which SMS and other alerts may be sent . In case of change , the parents must notify the changed number in writing within 3 days .

No student of class XI or XII will be allowed to leave the school early on the plea of attending private coaching classes.

Parents may please see that their child adheres to the school uniform strictly. Children accompanying their parents during PTM days must also come in school uniform.

Wearing of fancy shoes, jewellery , unruly hair and fancy haircuts like mushroom cut etc. streaking/highlighting of hair by fashion hair colours is not permitted . Skirt hemlines are to be knee-length.

Parents/ Guardians are not permitted to enter class rooms to meet their children or to seek unscheduled interviews with teachers during school hours. Prior appointment for meeting the staff must necessarily be taken through co-coordinator / Principal .

In case of emergency , parents/ guardians must meet the Principal/ co-coordinator and adopt a course of action in consultation with them.

No strangers are allowed to meet children.

Usage of school bus is compulsory for all students unless , parents take on the responsibility of a drop & pick of their ward.

Once the child has come to the school , parents and guardians are not permitted to take him/her back home during the school hours unless there is a major emergency . In such cases the permission to the Principal is mandatory. Lunch boxes and water bottles are not allowed to be sent for the students once they have entered the school premises.

Transport Rules

The school makes transport arrangements for the children through its own fleet of buses on an annual contract explicitly on request from parents.

Parents are expected to co-operate with the school by ensuring that their children travelling in the buses report at their embarking points well on time.

Parents are requested to study the specified routes and opt for those which suit them best. Please remember that it is not possible to cater to individual requirements at the cost of time and distance.

Students are not allowed to travel in any other bus route except their own route. However, they can do so with permission from the respective bus in charge.

The bus drivers are authorized to stop the bus only at the designated stops. The bus will not wait for latecomers.

Any change in transport will be effective from the subsequent month of submission of request.

Application for availing transport facility should be submitted to the Administrative officer at least 15 days prior to the beginning of the next month.

Full month Fee will be taken for availing transport in middle of the month.

Students are expected to behave in a courteous manner. Be seated when the bus is in motion. No student is allowed to stand on the footboard.

Follow the instructions of the teacher in charge. He/ She has the authority to report any offence to the Principal immediately.
